    I don't agree with aprendoespanol at all. What kind of food are you eating now?

    I'm eating a wide variety of things, like lots of deli meats like ham, turkey, normally about 5 oz of chicken, with steamed vegetables, eggs, bread, depends on the meal...thats a bit of what I eat

  • Snacks: Almonds, Walnuts are low cals and fiilling. Pistachio are good for you. Dried fruit (no added sugar) is a great snack choice too. best wishes

    Spaghetti squash is a great spaghetti replacement if you are into that sort of thing.
