Balsamic-honey roasted squash YUM

Found this a little bit ago and tried it out. Granted I ADORE squash in any form so I may be a bit biased!

Heat oven to 425*F
Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil
Cut a 20 oz package of peeled butternut squash chunks into 1 inch pieces. (I used fresh)
Combine 1 Tbsp each Honey, Olive Oil and balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp kosher salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Toss squash in mixture and spread evenly on foil sheet and roast 25 minutes or until tender and caramelized. Stir twice during baking.

    Gonna have to try this...my kids aren't big on winter squash but I like acorn and haven't seen many good butternut recipes...but this one I like! Thanks!

    I almost got some butternut squash today but passed on it. Will have to grab some next trip to the store to make this!!

    I'm so gonna make this one for my family! We all love squash in this house!! I'll probably have to make at least a double batch (my kids eat llike freaking horses!!! lol)
