A list of reasons I want to get smaller?

You know what hurts me the most about my size and what has motivated me to get smaller? (feel free to add to the list after reading it)
When I go to sit on my future husbands lap, and he has to whisper to me that I need to get up because it hurts him, so we switch places so he can sit on my lap.
When I take my kids and little cousin to the park and cannot keep up with them when they are running because I get so winded.
When I try to shop at places that have a nice outfit that I really want, and when I ask a sales person if they have my size, they give e an attitude and tell me that I should go to Dress Barn.
When I go out with my skinny cousin, and she walks 10 steps ahead of me because she doesn't want to be seen with a "fat" person.
When my grandmother sees me, instead of saying you look good she says, you've gained more weight!
People who ask "when are you due?"
When my future husbands friends tell me "put your personality in a models body and you'd be the perfect woman!"
No one notices that these things and more bother me because I try to laugh it off and try to hide my pain, No one sees me cry in the dressing rooms at the stores because I see myself in a full body view mirror,
No one notices the pained look on my face when they say something rude to me and not even know it.
I do not have many friends, and I do not have any friends that would stick by me through this journey. My MFP friends are the only ones that have stuck by me through this..... Thank You Guys.

Mine was two fold:
1) i was diabetic
2) it is next to impossible to date women when you are a fat guy.0 -

1. Don't let your family and especially your fiance get away with saying things like that to you. It's not appropriate even if you are 500lbs. Your man should love you regardless and be supportive, not bring you down. Put your foot down on that stuff right now girl.
2. Do this for YOU, not anyone else. You are worth being healthy and able to run after kids. You are worth feeling great and accomplishing something.
3. I believe in you, even though I've never met you. You've got a lot of folks on here who will root for you in your successes and lift you up when you fail/fall off the wagon/etc. Hang on to people who are good for you through this, and you will succeed.
Good luck to you girl!0 -
Your welcome and so many of us feel your pain! Don't let anyone get in your way. We will succeed feel free to add me as a friend!0

Omg I don't know you but I already know that you are soooo much better than that. Your "skinny" cousin doesn't deserve to hangout with someone as great as you, and your Grandpa should learn some manners. Family has such high expectations for us sometimes!
Anyway, the reasons for me that I can come up with off the top of my head:
Tired of being the "fat friend."
I've been cheated on by 3 people and I'd like to be drop dead gorgeous and show them how stupid they were to ruin what they had.
There are a lot of mean girls in my area, I want to get revenge by being sexy and making them wish they were me =]
I want to gain self confidence.
Basically I want to grow (while the numbers on the scale shrink) into my own really great person and prove everyone wrong. I want to finally be the total package!0 -

Thanks.... My man isn't the rude one though... I just feel bad that I can't do what most women do without hurting him, I don't know why I am so emo today but this has been on my mind all day0 -

The "model" comment was more what I was originally referring to.
