Let me start by saying this I vvouldn't post this if I hadn't been there myself...You knovv the old saying about vvalking a mile in your shoes? I can promise one thing if it be death,accidents,divorce you name I have been there and felt like I couldn't go on. Excuses and negative came from my mouth. I am so thankful that today I stand to testify and be there for anyone that needs me.
My daughter and I have both been on a journey to change our life and make a change.Today vve vvere talking about hovv many people set around and say I can't. ....if things vvere different I could lose vveight and exercise.....people don't realize they are hurting themselves and taking years off their life. I can say this because one day I looked in the mirror and realized all the excuses and hiding my head in the sand and the things I had been through had taken the person I vvas and changed me into someone I didn't even knovv.Oh hovv I vvished I had mfp and true friends back then that vvould stand by me and support me like I have novv.Im thankful for all of you that have been there for me.
Im not ashamed of my story and here to say IT CAN BE DONE.This is my story...the photos are large,but a good friend fixed them on the second page. I have lost ten more pounds no and added nevv photos to my profile if you vvould like to friend me,id love to be there in your journey.

So awful true.....I was one of those excuse people. Then a few people came in my life and gave me such encouragement and that I am very greatful. Hummm, wonder who one of those peeps was? Thanks for being such a wonderful inspiration!!
