I am to but I am fighting everyday with it...I know it takes time to stop, it but those old habits come back (I know I have loss a lot of weight before but with a divorce, bad JOBS they came back) but thanks to everyone on this site I know I can do itagain and stick to it...FIGHT FIGHT .

Haha, okay, that only works in some contexts, because there is negative addiction to exercise, although I think the symptoms are a bit silly.
But I find that if I'm having a bad day or I'm under a lot of stress and generally feeling crummy, nothing gets me pepped back up like pushing some weight around! It releases endorphuns, which are also released when you are around someone you love or you eat food that you really enjoy. If cardio is your thing, then do that instead. It doesn't have to be strenuous...go for a long walk outside, smell the fresh air, clear your mind. :happy:0 -
