I have about 900 calories more to eat!

What should I eat to use up some of those calories, forgetting them can't be healthy.

    I'd eat lean protein, enough to get you over 1200 calories for the day.

    oooh, thats a lot of cals. you can have anything! do pasta which basil, olive oil, garlic, feta cheese and some sautteed mushrooms or zuchini. YUM

    6 oz of chicken with guacamole on an fiber rich pita with 1.5 cups of spinach. It won't get you all the way there, but a lot closer with a lot of nutrients.
