Hey - I finally get it....in order to live a healthy long loving life, I need to take care of the body that I have been blessed with, and that starts each and every day with a positive outlook on myself and my goals. I have a long road ahead of me to reach my 160lb loss goal, but I am starting it with a small daily goal of eating well and being active, and of course, tracking everything here on MFP.

  • Just introducing myself on here...I have actually been doing fitness pal since Feb. 2011 from my phone, and just realized what you can do from the internet. I started out weighing in Feb. 327 and I now weigh 212!!!! So thankful to have found this wonderful program!

    You will love this site. After forty years of dieting, thanks to this site, I finally know what I am doing. Just follow MFP guidelines and you are on your way. I enter my food before I eat and it helps me stay on track. There are lots of folks on here that have lost huge amounts of weight. Everytime I read about them it motivate me that much more. Good Luck
