Great Recipe
1 Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 small red potato
1 carrot chopped
fresh sliced mushrooms
cherry tomatoes
green beans
1 slice cheese
salt & pepper to taste
put all of this into a foil packet (save the cheese for the end) and cook on the grill for about an hour or until veggies are tender
super easy and you can make many variations, I cook it on the grill in the summer and put it in a baking dish in the over during the winter.
Add the cheese for only about the last 5 minutes so it is all melted and gooey0
