Calorie content packet info

Options
So annoyed by packaging/calorie content information. I ate some lollies similar to gummy bears at work, and looked at the pack, it weighed 1.3kg and said a serving size was 20g, that's nice, but HOW MANY LOLLIES IS THAT?

I see how many servings the package is supposed to have in it - then I take them ALL out and divide them up equally into the number of servings in the package.

I figure it is probably close enough then. :)

I weigh out a portion and then count how many there are in that portion. Then write it somewhere, like on the bag, or in your diary notes for the day, to refer back to.

That's a good idea. This was at work though, just wanted a bit of sugar, it was a huge bag, 2.8lbs plus most were gone. It's just annoying! I want to still be able to count when I do mess up.
