I'm putting cardio on hold/very little because of rest to heal..My question is - have any women on here lost weight with weight lifting and healthy eating alone? If yes, what were the results and what worked for you! Thank you for reading-I've spent MANY hours on machines and trails and have to take a break and hit the weights(; let me know thanks!

I only do like 20 minutes of cardio then just strength training for like an hour....so it has worked for me.0

To be fair, I either walk or bike 2.5 miles a day as my commute, but that's not too hard and I was doing it for years before I started weight training three months ago.
As soon as I started weight training, I would notice that I sort of hit a wall with my progress and recovery, and then I would notice that I lost a few pounds when I didn't mean to and had to up my food to start making progress again. Happened a couple times now.0 -
thanks! 20 mins sounds good I can do a low resistance machine0
