I've been taking Apple Cider Vinegar for 8 months with my water. Here are just some of the benefits from it.

How much apple cider vinegar should one consume per day?0

I've read about the benefits and the research is decent in backing it up. But HOW do you take apple cider vinegar with your water? The ONLY way I can deal with it is to put about half a teaspoon in my hot chili pepper tea. Do you just drink cider flavored water? How much vinegar to how much water? Hot or cold? Sweetened or unsweetened?

Drinking apple cider vinegar for weight loss isn't likely to be effective.
Proponents of the apple cider vinegar diet claim that drinking a small amount of apple cider vinegar before meals or taking an apple cider vinegar supplement helps curb appetite and burn fat. However, there's little scientific support for these claims.
Although occasional use of apple cider vinegar is safe for most people, it won't likely lead to weight loss — and it may pose problems of its own.
For example:
Apple cider vinegar is highly acidic. It may irritate your throat if you drink it often or in large amounts.
Apple cider vinegar may interact with certain supplements or drugs, including diuretics and insulin. This may contribute to low potassium levels.
Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss.
The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume.
Choose healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine.

You can drink it many ways. You can add some just to a cup of water, or tea, or hot water and honey, or orange juice or apple juice, etc. I know some people say they don't taste it as much with orange juice or other juices like that. You should just experiment until you find something you can stand.
As for just the water, I hear usually 1 tsp to 8 oz water but that can be adjusted to your preferences.
I know one girl who it doesn't bother that much and she just takes a shot of apple cider vinegar through a straw every night. lol
As for benefits, I know there's studies saying it helps with weight loss or it doesn't...personally I would take it just because of all the benefits. I have to buy some Braggs first then I will be actually. I wouldn't use it just for weight loss though. Anybody who wants to take it shouldn't take it with hopes that it'll be a magic weight loss trick.0
