Wondering if anyone eats a strictly alkaline diet? What exactly can you eat?

  • I have tried many times in the past to go strictly alkaline and have found it hard to stick to and a lot of work. Most greens products don't have a taste that I enjoy. Just started taking a new line of alkalizing products and I love the taste which makes it easy. Great meal replacement protein shake and greens all designed to make you 7.2 and some boosters and coffee drops for when you stray to acid foods. It's working for me. I also drink alkaline water which helps a lot. pH is such a critical piece of the puzzle that most people don't really understand. So your question shows you are on the right path just have to find a simple and easy way to do it. Good luck...all the best!

It's basically bunk. The body keeps our Ph balance within fine tollerances regardless of what we eat.........otherwise if the body is too alkaline or acidic, we die.
  • Here's a very complete chart of acid/alkaline foods should help you pick what to eat

  • The issue is if you're too acidic your body will rob itself of critical minerals to keep you alive. There's lots of science to back this up.

All food that enters the stomach end up being acidic and after they leave the stomach they end up being alkaline.......bunk science, but it sounds good, and why it sells.
