I <3 Ranch
So I posted a while ago to get some alternatives to ranch dressing...and lots of people suggested making my own! Here's the one I found and love the best so far Thank you www.skinnytaste.com!
Low-fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Servings: 13 • Size: 1/4 cup • Old Points: 1 pts • Points+: 1 pts
Calories: 52.3 • Fat: 2.0 g • Carbs: 5.5 g • Fiber: 0.0 g • Protein: 3.4 g • Sugar: 3.7 g

Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
3/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1/3 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper
1-2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 cups 1% low fat buttermilk
Directions:
In a small bowl or large measuring cup, combine the sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, powder, onion powder, parsley, chives, salt, and cracked pepper. Mix well.
Stir in the white balsamic vinegar; then buttermilk.
Adjust the seasonings to taste, adding another tablespoon of balsamic vinegar if desired. The flavors will become bolder over time.

You can also try Walden Farms ranch dressing (they also have buttermilk ranch, bacon ranch, chipotle ranch) And it's got ZERO calories, fat, carbs, sugar or gluten) It's something to do with the way they concentrate it way down. I have tried the bacon ranch & it's actually really good! Just make sure you refrigerate it before you try it...for some reason that makes a big difference lol!
BTW you can get it at like Publix, Kroger, Whole Foods, etc0 -
Yum. Sounds great!
I've also found that just sprinkling dry ranch powder over your foods seasons it with the flavor without many calories!
Also, mix the powder in to nonfat Greek yogurt. It's only about 15 calories per ounce!0 -
I will have to give this a try...I have a weakness for ranch as well!0
