1st 3 days- eat only rice
2nd 3 days- eat only baked chicken
last 3 days- eat only apples
who has tried it and what were your results?
your supposed to lose 18-20 lbs in 9 days

Is this something you would do forever? What happens if you just have them all at the same time, to make it a balanced meal?
I don't think crazy diets are healthy. Just my opinion.:drinker:0 -

Sounds similar to a soup diet I did once. Not really a healthy lifestyle. It probably won't do you any harm, but it probably won't do you any long term good either. Just my two cents.0
