I am just starting and love MFP. I am trying to lose 15 more pounds. I have a BMI of 25.2 and just can't seem to budge the scale. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much

Are you sticking to your goal numbers? Eating healthy? Also the less you have to lose the longer it takes if you do it in a healthy way. Welcome and good luck.0

I don't ever eat over 1200 calories.... I just keep thinking the less calories I take in the better I will be, as in more likely to lose. I do 30-45 minutes on the elliptical or 30 minutes of zumba. I eat very little junk food, like chips.0
