Just start today! Don't look back too much on how you failed. PLAN how you'll succeed instead!

Look at your schedule this week and say "How can I make this next week/weekend better?"

    You can do it!
  • Just remember today is a new day. Don't get caught up about the weekend. Concentrate on the what you eat today, drink plenty of water, & try to get in some exercise. Falling off happens to the best of us  good luck!

Today is a new day! We've all had bad weekends. Don't beat yourself up too hard. Just move on today and get a good burn in to help get your body back on track. Good luck!
  • As the others say you now need to forget the weekend and the bad habits you fell in to. The worst thing you could do is get yourself down about it as then the old comfort eating can creep back in (I know this from experience). Just put the past behind you and move forward as you were doing before. You have already made significant progress and one weekend is not going to ruin that.

    Good luck and keep positive
  • It's okay! All you did was reset yourself! You can't deprive yourself of all of the things that you love all the time! Otherwise you will never stick with this!

^^This. Today matters more than yesterday. Every good choice we make is another step in the right direction. We didn't get this way in one weekend. We won't get fit in one weekend. And we can't destroy our progress in one weekend, either. Have a GREAT week!!

Forgive yourself! I'm sure you did SOMETHING right! Even if you didn't, beating yourself up only discourages you. You had fun, I hope you enjoyed what you had, now treat today like a whole new day!
