My husband bought me 2 new work out dvds. They are both Gold's Gym ones. (Lose 10 lbs now, and get into your skinny jeans). Anyone have any idea what I should log it under. I did one of them today, all 3 workouts, but I'm not really sure what to call them. I don't have a HRM yet (probably for Christmas) so I can't go by that.

Circuit training is popular - I assume these are strength training DVDs? If any portions are pure aerobics - you can log that portion separately.

MFP is really lacking when logging exercise calories.

Yeah, the first 10 mins was pure aerobics using a step and the rest had to do with kettlebell/dumbbell and squats, lunges, etc. Thanks!

They were $3 at ours too so he picked them up for me to try out. I didn't do that one today but I did the lose 10 lbs now. I may try the other one out later on.
