    If the sugar is all from fruit, then I wouldn't worry about it. Fruit is good for you.

    Sugar is sugar, no matter the source. Fruit sugar is still treated as sugar in the body, but if you are eating whole fruit, at least the fiber helps. I would eliminate fruit juices and dried fruits.

    What is it you are worried about? The calories?
