I'm new to losing weight and I have 90+ lbs to lose!! Been working on it so far for about a week!! Lost 3 lbs and then gained 2 right back!! Don't know what I'm doing wrong!!! I couold use some advice or something!!! Thanks

just hang in there.. its tough when ur starting.. but the lesson i have learned is - you need to measure inches - because sometimes its not the weight but the inches and how you feel.. besides there is always water weight... good luck!0

Welcome!! I'm new to this site also, but I can already see a difference in my eating habits ,after logging in my food journal a few days. It's really shocking when you see how much fat and sugar you may have been unaware of,like me. I'm up and down with the weight. lost 3 gained 1 back . I'm trying not to eat much today, to get the scale back. We'll do it though. Just don't give up! Track your food.0
