Help!! I know I have posted a lot about wanting to give up. I don't want to give up. I just need someone to keep me a float. My hubby is doing a good job, but he doesn't understand. He hasn't gained a 1 lb since we have been together 14 years. I on theother hand decided to gain like 60 lbs from college, marriage, and 2 pregnancy weights.

I want to be a hot momma that I know is in side. I want to do active outdoor things without getting winded or feel like I am going to have a heart attack. It's been 2 weeks and I lost 5 lbs the first week but the weekend I gained back then during last week I got back down to 5 lb lost and I ate crappy again this week, but I haven't weighed myself yet this weekend.

I am so disgusted with myself and I just want to be healthy and happy.

Lost and going crazy:flowerforyou:

I have been feeling kind of low myself. Especially this weekend. Just feeling tired and sick of exercise. But don't give up! We are here for a reason and the year has only started. Let's stay focused. We can do this!

I know how you feel. One week I do good, get my exercises in and eat decent, then the next week my energy feels zapped and I eat like crap and it's a struggle to get to the gym. BUT hang in there, I have found that if I force myself to do some exercise in the morning, even if I have to drag my self there procrastinating the whole way, my energy level is sooo much better, and I'm able to eat better (I don't want to eat 'junk' after just working so hard! ). It seems to remotivate me, not to meniton I'm not near as crabby to my kids. So hang in there and just do it one day at a time. Have a bad moment? Do something outside w/family to distract yourself from eating and the moment will pass, and the movement (exercise) in fresh air with quality time spent w/family will make you feel better. On rare occasions (I need to do this more often) I'll get my kids and their bikes and go to the track, they ride and I walk/jog. My 4 yr old will only do 1 mile, but the time it takes me to load everyone up, drive there, unload, actually do some walking, reload drive back home...I've used up a couple of hours, where I didn't eat junk, got some exercise, spent quality time w/the kids (helps teach them exercise is good) and the day is closer to being over as well as the bad temptations. Remeber you can do this...

I think it has a lot to do with JANUARY. Christmas is over and now all we have to look forward to is more winter. Don't give up, I know it's hard but try to get outside as much as you can. I live in Saskatchewan so it's COLD here, but I do try to get out once in a while even just to shovel the snow.
Keep going, it's all worth it in the end.
