    Running (freedom, relaxing, zone out)
    Biking (I feel like a kid again!)
    Planks (quick and easy!)

    Hate:
    burpees, grasshoppes (they never get easier!)
    weight lifting on machines (boring!)

    Love: kettlebell snatches (simply the best mix of strength and cardio I have found)

    Hate: running (I can run hill sprints like a boss, but ask me to run more than a mile and your face might get broken)

    I LOVE:

    Cardio - Dancing westafrican. The pace dont matter, its so fun its like I forget how tired I should get.
    Strength - Dead lifts and hollow man.

    I CANNOT STAND
    Cardio - Running. Short legs and big tits makes Medoria a poor runner.
    Strength - Right now Im doing 6 w 6 pack and I hate the sideplank kick back thingy, or any other excersise where I have to balance on my arm and one foot on the side like single leg raises in plank.

    Hate: Sprinting! Suicides! Foggie's! Running with tire!!
