Hey, so I need help with a new exercise routine. Since I am still getting into the swing of things I haven't really had time to put together a consistent body/ weight training routine yet.

I pretty much have no strength in my chest, and I would like to work out my butt and my waist. so pretty much the whole package XD. Could anyone lend me a hand?

Do you work out at home or at a gym? If you are at home, maybe try a workout DVD. I'm a fan of Jillian Michaels DVDs, she has quite a few to choose from, with workouts from 20 - 45 minutes or so. She's great at mixing strength training with toning and cardio, which sounds like what you might be looking for. Her 30 Day Shred is great, uses hand weights and packs a punch into a 20 minute workout with 3 levels to work through. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is great too, a lot of cardio, but strength as well, and uses your body weight with basic moves like push ups, etc - no hand weights for that one.

cardio isn't something that i am too worried about, and I would like something a little bit more strength training then cardio.
I have tried out 30DS but its hard for me to watch a dvd and workout at the same time. I just get frustrated.
