I'm on weight watchers. I love the program. Although it is expensive forty dollars a month it works for me. I lost fifty pounds on it before and gained all the weight back. I gained back one hundred pounds. I don't like the way I look and feel, but I am determined to change that one day at a time.

The most beautiful moments that I have had while getting my weight down is when I am salsa dancing. Guys dip me. I LOVEEEEE it!!!!! They can't do that now, but I'm getting my swagger back. I love salsa dancing. I stopped doing the things that I love doing. Im going to get back to doing that.

Im also volunteering with refugee children teaching them how to read and literacy program. I'm trying to find my niche before I go back to school and pursue a masters degree. I went to school for legal studies ... but hated law and the legal enviornment. Next. Well that's what I'm looking for to see what it next.

I bought this teaching called , "When the Queen comes out, the king will show up." Single women we are complete already. Single man you are complete already. Marriage is a beautiful thing when it happens in God's time. Be blessed. z

I can't stand weight watchers. I lost way more on this site than there...and this place is free :)

Glad it's working for you though.

with all due respect, WW didn't work too well for you if you gained all of the weight back (plus some). I can tell you that just about every diet out there, if followed, will allow you to lose weight. Its important to find a nutrition plan that you can stick with long term so you can stick with it long term.

along those lines, consider my more detailed thoughts in my blog:

    Long term is KEY!

I will always love Chipotle. It is unrealistic to think I will never eat it again. Therefore, calorie counting helps me SO much because I and still eat it every now and again and not worry about "gaining all the weight back".

I lost over 50 lbs on WW online. I was pleased with my success. After a year, I switched to MFP for maintenance. Good luck!
