It seems like I have been doing this my whole life. Getting re-focused with regard to a healthy lifestyle. Some days I just don't want to exercise. I have to keep telling myself that I won't achieve what I want to achieve just because but that action is required. It is a step at a time. I am currently 50 pounds over my healthy BMI and as I am getting older (age 43), I know I need to move in the direction of eating healthier and getting regular daily exercise. A friend told me about this website. I have been pleased with how easy it is to use and seeing the encouragement on here is a blessing.
