This is my 200th consecutive day checking in to MFP. Tracking calories has always been the only effective way for me to losing weight in a healthy way, but until finding MFP I didn't stick with it over the long haul--too much time and effort needed. So I am pleased pleased pleased that MFP exists and that it makes it easy peasey for me to track my food and exercise activity.

I had Chef Bobo Mac and Cheese Balls to celebrate! Laugh!!! These are little balls of the golden sauced pasta rolled in bread crumbs..yummy...and calorie-expensive. They were wonderful, I enjoyed them thoroughly, and have a dinner planned that will keep me within budget.

Next treat for myself to celebrate? A copy of the new Just Dance 3 DVD!!!!!
