water and "on the go" packets?

When I use an "on the go" packet do I count that water as water!?! I usually put water in a glass then add the packets. I always count the packets too.

I think so... sometimes it's REALLY HARD to chug a half gallon of just water. As long as you don't use all the time it'll help you get your water and not feel like your drowning. I know some people will get upset at this, but I count iced tea as water as well.0
