It's literally only made of this:
imitation crab
miracle whip (not light, just normal)
celery

I ate 2/3 or 3/4 cup of it, and every source I check has different calorie amounts for it, from 60 to 230. Please help.

  • Best way is to add each ingredient in as a recipe and determine a serving size

MFP has a recipe feature. You can add all your ingredients into it and then it will tell you all sorts of things you'll want to know about your meal, such as calories, protein, fat, carbs, etc.

If you click on the "Food" tab then "Recipes," you can create a recipe and add the ingredients you used, and that way you'll get a pretty exact count!

Sometimes when I make something and that happens to me, I will list the ingredients by themselves. It can suck when there is a HUGE list but, you only have 3 items so thats not so bad. You can try that, then add them up and you'll have a total. Btw sounds yummy  Hope that helps. Good luck!!!
  • Yes, obviously I could add all the ingredients together, but I didn't make it, my grandma did. She doesn't follow a written recipe.

Well then you just might be SOL on this one.

Take a guess, and make it a good one. :flowerforyou:

You're in the best position to guess... we can't see it. There could be one 1tbsp or 1 cup of miracle whip to 4 lbs of crab and.. well I could go on forever. Just guess and move on, don't beat yourself up.

Yea, we can't tell you if you don't even know. None of us watched your grandma make it either. Take a guess and move on. That's what I have to do all the time with cafeteria food.

    ^^^This.

Estimate how much of each ingredient your grandma used and create a recipe in the database for yourself.

Yes, obviously we would have no clue how your grandma made it either. Unfortunately, my mind reading machine is in the shop so you'll either need to call grandma and ask her, or just guess.

She told me, too, but specifically asked me not to tell you. I'm sorry. :flowerforyou:
