Toning

I want to do some toning up today,but Im not sure what I would log it in under..I dont have a HRM.

  • Probably "Strength training." Depends on exactly what you're doing, though.

    I log it under Calisthenics because I go to a pretty intense Body Pump class. If you're only lifting by yourself, with breaks etc, go for Strength Training.
