    The classic rock is awesome! I just discovered them today tho and it's the only one I've listened to ! I'm excited to work out now.

    my favorite workout music station is The Crystal Method or The Prodigy....seriously keeps you amped during heavy cardio workouts!

    Im glad to know im not the only one that works out to country! lol! I have a big mix of music on my mp3. I work hard on the hard music & slow down during the small songs. it gives me the perfect breaks when i need them! :wink:
