Not losing any more!

Hello!

I was losing weight at a good pace, and now it just seemed like it stopped. I have lost 16 pounds since my heaviest. 10 lbs since I started MFP back up and now I am just losing weight. I am always under my calories., However, I wonder if it is that I am not eating enough calories though. Sometimes I eat around 1,000 a day.

Any suggestions? I am 3 lbs away from my first goal, and at the rate I was going - I would have been there now. I have not lost any weight for about 2 weeks now.

    The exact same thing has happened to me! The first 14 came off and then I've been stalled. My goal is to somehow stick with this and not feel bad and give up.

    Are you doing any training by the way?

    1000 cals. I can tell you is under eating. I am 4'9" tall and I eat at least 1300 cals day. It's working for me and I am keepin my lean mass (actually it has increased) and I am totally reducing the fat. I also us a 40/40/20 split on my ratios. That you might want to check into to see what you put in on your goals.

  • Stalls happen :) the important thing to remember is to push through them! You CAN do this :bigsmile:
