just wondering what everyone is eating for dinner tonight?

we just finished up my healthy version of burgers and fries...

lean beef patties with grated carrots and onion hidden in there (cooked on the Foreman grill), whole wheat sandwich buns, 2% provolone cheese slices, piled high with lettuce, spinach, avocado and tomato.....served with home made sweet potato fries tossed in a little olive oil and seasoned with some Mrs Dash...

    So bland oh well..

    Brown Rice, California style veggies (frozen), MET-Rx meal replacement! Woot!

    I am having ground buffalo with fire roasted tomatoe sauce with herbs over brown basmati rice and shredded parm cheese.
  • Chicken fajitas! No sour cream or any of that garbage.
  • Cabbage soup, banana & apple. Water

    Yum! I'm having pasta with avocado, tomato, feta, and olive oil. :) Plus, water and carrots on the side. Yay for college kids trying to eat healthy on a budget! :)

    It's a really weird combo so just go with it LOL

    Left over chicken breasts with potatoes and broccoli (small portion that was from my plate yesterday)
    2 boiled eggs
    Grilled polish sausage with grilled onions and mustard
    An ounce or 2 of cheese
    4 small squares of dark chocolate

    It's because I have a lot of cals left for the day and I'm trying to get as much protein in as possible. My dinners are usually way more cohesive. I swear!:laugh:

    Chicken fajitas with mexican shredded cheese on a Mama Lupes' low carb tortilla. I completely forgot that I had sour cream (other garbage) to put on mine!!

    My dinners are only around 250-300 calories, and I have regular meals (3 oz. of protein, 1/4 cup of carb side, 1/2 cup or more of veggie). No need to limit yourself to rabbit food. :wink:

    Grilled chicken tossed with grilled zucchini, grilled red onions, and grilled plum tomatoes. Then I tossed all that in balsamic vinegarette, a little feta cheese, and arugala. Delicious!
