Absolutely AWESOME NSV!!!!! (and a small SV)

I'll try to make this as brief as possible.

I had a big meeting today and after going through my closet and not able to find anything that looked right, I pulled out a dress that a friend of mine gave me that she out grew (she recently lost 60 lbs and went from a size 16 to a size 4). She gave me some of her size 14's and 12's.

There is this dress that I've been eyeing that she gave me and so I decided to try it on today just to see. Well, not only did it fit, didn't show off back fat, but it was a size 12!!!!!!!!!!!

So of course, I wore that dress to my meeting this morning

I ran some errands after the meeting, hit the gym and learned how to use the ab roller (my abs are on fire!) and a few other free weights then came home and weighed in (I always weigh in the afternoons) and dropped 2 lbs! Yay me!

All in all, an absolutely fab-ooo day!
