Love handles be gone!

I never really use to exercise much besides my work and occasional sport but even back when I was 50kg I still had love handles. I know I have a long way to go before I can compare myself to then and I am exercising regularly now but I just wanted to know if there are any stomach muscle stretches that are a must to make sure I can get rid of my muffin top!

I do muay thai 3 days a week, waitress and work in a retail store so I am up and about but I still would like to know what to do for that nice firm stomach :)
