I have lost my first 10 pounds since I started December 28th! It took a little bit for it to go but it is now gone! Woohoo!! :bigsmile: I just wanted to share my good news with everyone!

    Congrats Renae! That is so great and must be such a good feeling.. I started on 12/29 and have lost 8lbs.. hoping to hit my 10lb mark next Monday (which will be 5 week from starting).. steady & consistent loss is great!
