I dropped out of the weight loss thing for about a month.. lost 40 up to that and haven't gained but the occasional fluctuating 2 pounds but it's about time to get back in it. Care to share some of your inspiring new bodies?

    I have been gone from this site for a while too and have happily maintained, up and down 3 pounds, and am happy to see these results from everybody to help me gain that motivation I was lacking. We can get too complacent and forget about our goals and slowly fall down hill, little by little. Thank you for this thread!! I needed it! Good Luck to everybody and much success to all!!
