LOLOL

I am on my 2nd day of the Biggest Loser: Boot Camp and I am HURTING!! My kids keep asking me whats wrong because I am saying Ow like 200 times a day! LOL Definetly a good workout and I am happy to be sore but just not used to it!

Sidenote: I do think it is not geared toward obese/severly overweight people and I am actually disappointed in this because I feel like people that are inspired by that show but then get it, try it and not be able to handle it. There are so many lunges/squats and even at level one there are weights.

have you ever watched the show? they had that almost 500 pound kid doing more in one day than he had in a full year of living!!!

Try to slow your pace. You dont have to do every move, or the full range of motion for that move. The bootcamp video is way out of reach for me at this point, and I have been working out for 6 months.

Do you have a stretch video? Like 10 min stretch or something like that? When I over do it, I use my Slim in 6 stretch vid and I swear I feel like a million bucks when I am thru.

Good luck! You are kicking butt, and taking names later!!!

Hahaha! I've been there. I'll be there later this week. I work out with a trainer 3 times a week and I hurt until the weekend, when my body actually can recover. I love Monday's because that's usually the hardest day to make myself go. Once I'm there I'm good, but the next day I can hardly move. I've been so sick lately. So I've not been able to go for 3 weeks until last week. We worked on my legs and they hurt for 3 days. All I know to do is drink lots of water to flush out the lactic acid that builds up in your body.
