Apparently this exercise is equivalent to 1hr of running but only takes a few minutes, I tried it and it made me feel as though I had been running for an hour! lol anyway if I was to do this as part of my exercise regime how should I track it in my diary? would an hours running be accurate?

I looked it up online as to how many calories are burnt doing them....not that ANYONE could do them for an hour but it burns about 735 calories an hour for a 200 pound person....intense workout in 3 minutes....It kills me lol0
