hi everyone. I am fairly new to this app. I have been doing it vigilantly for the past 3 weeks. I have stuck to it to the letter and I walk 6km 5 to 6 nights per week. I have only lost 1kg, would LOVE to know where I am going wrong. I have a good 12 - 15 kgs to lose. I have a three year old son and work three jobs so am very very time poor. Any advice ?

Walking does help, I would focus more on just being healthy. You should look at the foods you are eating and if you are under stress that can be reasons.0
