I have been using the AP on the phone a few weeks. I wanted to get the web site for support in what I know is a long journey. I have been losing weight a few pounds a week for about 6 weeks. I'm down 15 pounds. I have developed a new love for exercise I think because I am seeing results. Looking for support and want to be a support. Sharon
