Biggest Loser: Last Chance Workout Day#1

I started the workout today... It is a 6 week program, 6 days a week. I decided to keep a blog with all my thoughts and how I am progressing as time goes on. I also thought this may help anyone who is thinking about giving this workout a try. I have taken before pictures and I will take after pictures so everyone can see my progress!
