I have been using MFP for one month now... just tracking calories and exercise. And reading posts for inspiration. I am a 28 year old mom and wife. My highest weight was 225 when I was pregnant with my daughter. My starting weight on MFP was 180. I am now at 173.2. My goal weight is 130, but I am taking it 10lbs at a time to see where I feel best. 130 might be too low for me, considering I'm 5'10". Thank you for hearing my story : )
