coconut sugar

Hmm,
Read an article saying that coconut sugar is 'the' sugar to use. I use all kinds of different natural sugars but have never heard of coconut sugar. Who has used it and what are your impressions.

My friend gave me some to sample. (Im pretty sure it was coconut sugar. It has a brown sugar texture and taste good in tea on cereal. Never baked with it though.

I use stevia - it's natural and tastes good
