    If you DO decide to point it out at some later time:

    Invite them over for a BBQ and comment on their nice hot tub... Ask if you can use it sometime.

    Try and catch them when they are clothed and outside. Then wave and say "hi neighbor" or something like that. Then they will have to extrapolate the fact that if you can see them then...you might be able to see them chunky dunkin'!!
