Weight Loss and Birth Control

Hi all,

So I've heard all the stories about how birth control (especially the shot) can make you gain weight. I recently went on the pill (Microgestin FE 1/20 to be exact), and I've noticed that it's actually curbed my appetite! I'm currently in school, living in a house without a scale, so I don't know how many pounds I've lost or gained, but most of my clothes are a little looser now. I've really not been consciously trying to lose.

Has anyone else experienced this?

    when i first went on BC when i was 19 it made me so sick i couldn't eat. now i'm on Yasmin and i haven't noticed an effect at all, either way.
