Small victory!

So I'm entering into my third week of my diet and after getting onto the scale this morning I realized that over two weeks I've managed to get rid of 10 pounds! Sure, I still have a looooong way to go, and there's bound to be lots of stumbles along the way, but little things like this give me a pep in my step. Also, I'm seeing that actually cooking most of my food and planning out meals can be a lot more filling and fun (and cheaper!). I'll try to keep this forward momentum going as I enter into nursing school, but if I can use exercise as a stress-reliever it'll kill two birds with one stone. Anyways, not quite a mountain move, but still a small victory.

How are you guys doing?

Great job! That's good to hear :)

I haven't been able to locate a scale (I don't actually own one), but I've been on track at least 80% of the time, and the other 20% I make up by commuting by bike or hitting the gym extra hard (which I had to do yesterday).

Keep that forward motion going! And remember, it's ok if you stumble, just try to stumble in a forward direction ;)

    Good luck in nursing school!
