BINGO WINGS

...and no I don't mean chicken...lol...
So I'm starting this journey with the hopes that I will lose weight quickly but at the same time gradually enough to allow my 'flab' to contract so I can do some toning. Eventhough I know ALL the extra skin won't go, I'm hoping most of it will. However, I have what Wendy Williams calls bingo wings, the flab flap when you lift your arms...OMG...I have them worst than most grandmothers and I'm 28. I've always had them no matter how big I was or how less big I was (cause I've never been skinny...so less big seems appropriate). I don't know what to do with them, if I lose the weight I hope to lose...AND I WILL!!!...I need to know how to make them less noticeable, cause I know theres gonna be some kind of hang there but I would like for it to be a lot less than it is now. Does anyone have some effective workouts for my flabby arms, I could start incorporating them into my aerobic exercising. I want to do something I've never done before...wear something without sleeves...not now cause it's getting cold outside but when it's all said and done...you know what I mean ;o])

Tell me about it! I'm watching this because I have the WORST bingo arms EVER.
I hate my arms, and never wear anything sleeveless, ugh.0 -
I'm in the same boat! I've heard that doing lots of yoga and weights help, so I'm trying them. I figure anything will help! And by yoga, I mean the harder stuff: planks, side planks, stuff like that. Not just stretching, but I'm sure that helps too.
And I hear push ups and pull ups are phenomenal for arms. I'm not quite to that level yet, but planks are starting to get easier.
Good luck!0 -
I don't know from personal use because I still have that problem. However, I have a co-worker that had a miniature version of this problem (I say miniature because she weighs like 115lbs. Hers wasn't weight it was lack of toning). Anyway, she used the shake weight and said it toned up her arms there in no time. Her only complaint was that it also made her lose some size in the boob-age area.0

Shake weights I forgot all about them...maybe that might work...and I think I might have a little boob-age to spare, just a little though...:laugh:0 -
Get 1 dumbell or anything you can get a good grip on like 5 lbs or as heavy as you can handle. While the weight is in both hands lift it from your shoulders (the dumbell should be behind your head) to above your head. I am trying to find a good demonstration video for you Hope this helps http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6B6etkU3F80

Thanks! The funny thing is I have dumbbells at home 2 @ 3lbs, 2 @ 5lbs, and 2 @ 8lbs...I just don't seem to know what to do with them.0
