hi fellow blue team members! haven't found a support thread for just the blue team so i thought i'd start one. (if i've overlooked one, please let me know! lolol) last round i think all 4 teams had a separate support group thread and it was great! so here goes:
love the challenge this week. already got 3 miles in today with leslie sansone's walk at home (love these vids) and it's never the same thing. i add 1 lb ankle weights one day then i change to wrist/arm weights one day, then i do one night without weights. and i always sweat! if i dont' sweat, i don't feel like i've done anything. hope everyone's having a good start to their week!
GO TEAM BLUE!!!! WWWOOOOHHOOOOOOOO!!!!! ( i try to put this everytime i post! lol so get ready )

What a great idea! Thanks for starting this.
Walking/jogging (I am at the end of week 6 of c25k) is my preferred method of exercise. I love to come home, do the c25k on the days that I'm suppose to, and then walk the dogs. On the days that I don't have c25k, the pups get a longer walk
Unfortunately, this is my really busy week at work. With the days getting so much shorter, I probably won't be able to fit both c25k and the pups' walk in unless I walk in the dark. I know THEY need exercise but so do I! I have a treadmill, but I much prefer running outside. Also, leaving the house early and getting home late only leaves so much time in the evenings. So getting my 10 miles in this week won't be an issue; I just have to figure out how I get it in (sacrifice my running or the pup's exercise or walk in the dark.....)
Hope you all have a fabulous Tuesday!!0 -
Kristy, I did Leslie's three mile walk yesterday too...I really like her. I might do the treadmill tonight...not sure yet.
So far this week looks good...I've been seeing a loss and it's been holding steady so hopefully my plateau is over. I'll do you guys proud, I promise! lol0 -
i'm looking for more leslie videos that have the "boosted walking." love how those little incrememnts make me sweat, but i can't seem to find them in walmart or target or wherever vids are sold. might have to order online. but anyway, i've done her vids since last round of SI6 and am sticking to them if i see a loss in pounds. this week, i didn't lose. didn't gain either but still bummed a little. i'm noticing a change in my body (getting smaller) but i want the smaller numbers oh well. maybe if i weigh in this weekend sometime lol who knows.....hope everyone's weekend is good
