    Today I had 1/2 a pummelo and a 1/4 cup raspberries. The other 1/4 cup that was left were icky. I hate it when that happens! No protein (I was already running late for work) and was starving 2 hours later. So, I had 1 oz of almonds and a braeburn for my snack.
