1 Min - Russian Twists
30 Sec - Modified Burpee
1 Min - Recover
1 Min - Deadlift
1 Min - Crazy Ivans
1 Min - Modified Push Ups
30 Sec - High Knee Runs in Place
30 Sec - Plank
1 Min - Recover
1 Min - Walking Lunges
1 Min - Hip Lifts
1 Min Alternating Step Back Lunges
30 Sec - Knee Tucks
30 Sec - Opposite Arm/Leg Supermans

This is why I love my HRM.
But if you don't have one, I'd log it as circuit training or calisthenics.0 -
Hi I might be wrong but if you're moving from 1 exercise to another with little or no rest then I think that's circuit training0

It's just a tough choice between the two, because circuit training burns about twice as many as calisthenics... If I get crazy and do two of them, that's a difference of 300 calories and 600 calories... ugh! Lol!0 -

I would log it as circuit training, but only eat about 75% of the exercise calories back, and try to invest in an HRM!0

Why don't you log the smaller one then... that way you're not overestimating (and therefore overeating them back)0 -
What I sometimes do is google the exercise then I see what some1 my size would burn. I take the lowest answer (2 be safe) and log that0
