Hi, I'm new here and looking for friends for support and motivation. I'm a nurse and spend most of my time in scrubs. I'm tired of not fitting into my regular clothes any longer & I refuse to buy anything larger. I work long hours so find it hard to stay motivated with a regular exercise program. I don't eat junk food but need to learn better portion control and regular exercise. I'm hoping to make some friends here to help me stay on track. Thanks.........
